Martifer Metallic Constructions is responsible for the steel structure, joinery and cladding.

The works include 800 tonnes of structural steel, 120 tonnes of secondary steelwork, 3,000 sqm of curtain walling, 340 windows, 4,900 sqm of sunshades, 6,300 sqm of aluminium composite panel cladding, 500 linear metres of glass balustrades, 4,300 sqm of metal grating, 400 linear metres of fall protection systems and 750 sqm of Renson-type louvres.
