The new warehouse for finished products of Renova is a warehouse for the palletization with around 15 000sqm of covered area and 20 m of exterior height, there are also other areas attached to Load Platform and Equipment Rooms with around 3 000sqm.

The work of Martifer amounted to 1 300 tons of steel structure and 30 000sqm of roof coverings, exterior façades, interior coverings with fire barrier panels as well as the electrical ventilation on the roofs.

The work took place between April and September of 2004.
